The LAN Associates team are experts in both renovation and new construction projects for the past thirty (30) years. We are experienced with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and Property Management and Construction (DPMC), International Building Code, federal, state and local building codes, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements for construction projects of all sizes.
LAN Associates assisted twenty-two (22) school districts representing over eighty (80) school buildings in developing their Long Range Facility Plan and subsequent submission to the Department of Education. We prepared the long range facilities plans for numerous school districts including West Milford, North Haledon, Passaic Valley Regional High School, Lakeland Regional High School, Fair Lawn, Ridgewood, Demarest, New Milford, Ridgefield Park, Alpine, Ramsey, and others.
Under a similar task-order type term contract, LAN Associates completed 192 job assignments for the US Postal Service. Approximately 10-15% of the task type assignments were over the $200,000 level cost of construction, with many of the A/E fees in the range of $5,000 to $20,000 each.

LAN Associates currently serves as architect or engineer of record for approximately two (2) dozen school districts. Current projects include a $35 million expansion of the North Haledon School District; $32 million expansion of the Fair Lawn School District; and a $28 million expansion of the Ramsey School District. Recently completed projects include a $20 million expansion of the Demarest and New Milford Schools; a $7 million science wing addition to Passaic High School; an $8.7 million renovation and expansion project of Prospect Park School; a $9.4 million district wide renovation for Ramsey Schools; a $19.4 million district wide renovation for Mamaroneck Union Free School District, Mamaroneck, NY; and a $12 million district wide renovation of Bloomfield Schools.
