Under our existing term contracts for task-type services with both the DPMC and NJDEP Division of Parks & Forestry, LAN Associates is responsible for permit applications for all construction projects. In addition, LAN Associates prepares permit applications for projects undertaken by industrial, private and municipal clients. Many of our roadway reconstruction projects require compliance with wetland and stream encroachment regulations. Of particular note is the reconstruction of Beaver Brook Road for the municipalities of both Lincoln Park and Pequannock, NJ. This roadway is located in a low-lying marsh area with drainage ditches on either side. The widening of the roadway to comply with DOT standards required compliance with a variety of environmental permits. LAN Associates has also worked with the NJDEP Division of Parks & Forestry to obtain approval for stream channelization at a state park facility. LAN Associates has prepared Waterfront Development Permit applications for construction projects along the Hudson River.
We have also performed over one hundred wetlands delineations and stream encroachment permits for such clients as the NJSCC, the NJDEP Division of Parks and Forestry, Ramapo College, the Christian Health Care Center, various boards of education, and private clients and developers. |
